职位描述:
Marketing Manager will work closely with BCHI management, individual BU’s and sales & customer service organization. He/she will participate in the development of marketing strategies and manage the marketing communication.
- Support BU’s to develop marketing strategies and conduct market studies for new market segments for development needs;
- Manage the team to Implement marketing campaigns for all BUs,including advertisement, product launch preparation, product brochures, trade shows, etc;
- Manage and produce marketing communications, including website, Buhler China marketing tools, customer magazine and internal employee newsletters, etc;
- Support KAM, Organize technology conference exchange with key accounts and government agencies as well as industrial associations with whom we have Strategic Cooperation agreements;
- Responsibility for budget and people development;

- Bachelor degree above, major in Marketing, Business administration or other business related field;
- 5 years of working experience in marketing function for a B2B company (s), or business development functions with good marketing sense, and 2 of the 5 years should be in Management Positions;
- Solid B2B marketing knowhow;
- Strong team leader and people developer;
- Strong organizational skills and result oriented;
- Fast thinker, problem solver and work well under pressure and tight schedule;
- Analytical mind with outgoing personality;
- Good influencing skills;
- Ability to work with people from different disciplines and mindsets at different levels across our China and global organization;
- Excellent Chinese and English both in writing and speaking, as well as in Presentation;
- Strong MS Office skills, especially ppt, xls, Outlook, experience with DTP and CRM systems is a plus;
- Willingness to travel.
