JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责
? Overall responsible to all Tooling matters to ensure continuous improvement in tool life, scrap, machine capability and good piece uptime.

? Plans, conducts and directs engineering projects to support manufacturing processes, product launches and tooling necessitating the application of engineering knowledge.

? Provide manufacturing engineering support in developing processes and procuring the necessary equipment tooling and fixtures在开发工艺和获取设备、模具以及夹具过程中提供工程支持
? Overall responsible for recommends and implements changes to product or process which would improve cost, delivery and quality to the customer
全权负责在改进产品成本、交付以及质量而进行的工程变更时的方案和实施
? Responsible for ensuring continuous improvement by reviewing objectives and targets and internal/external customer concerns, reviewing audit results and EMS programs and elements and establishing action items and recommendations in accordance with ISO 14001 Standards
通过回顾目标、内部/外部客户问题、审核结果，EMS项目和内容来确保持续性改进，并根据ISO14001标准来设立行动方案
? Oversee the selection of capital equipment purchases审查资本性设备的采购和选择情况
? Ensure the participation of all engineering disciplines in APQP as well as develop and implement APQP plans as per quality database standards确保所有的工程要求都加入APQP中，以及根据质量标准发展和实施APQP计划
? Ensures participation of the Engineering group in the company’s continuous improvement programs and TPM activities.确保工程团队参与到公司的持续改进项目以及TPM活动
? Develop and oversee departmental budget. 负责并控制部门预算
? Supervise staff including hiring, training, salary reviews and performance Management 管理员工包括招聘，培训，工资审核以及绩效管理

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND经验和教育背景
? University Degree in an Engineering capacity with a minimum of 10 years experience OR Community College Technical Diploma with a minimum of 15 years experience. Progressive manufacturing experience including engineering related work in tooling and project management.
工程专业大学学历，至少10年以上的工作经验；或者技术学历并有着至少15年的工作经验。良好的制造经验包括在模具和项目管理上的相关工程工作经验。
